Shipping Information
My standard shipping is A Post and is sent within 1 -3 working days (excluding Sundays) within Switzerland.

All orders are shipped via Swiss Post from Bern. Shipping costs are calculated upon the individual order weight and charged at the time of order and are included in your final invoice.
I want to ensure you receive your products in prime condition, so all orders are shipped in a rigid mailer or box. Great care is taken when packing your order to ensure your items are in perfect condition when shipped.. I am not responsible for any damages once the item is posted. If you have any issues with the quality of your order, please contact me and I will follow it up with the post.

Where possible, I use FSC approved or recycled paper. My products are wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a cardboard rigid mailer or box to keep them in pristine quality.

Return & Exchange Policy

I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
If you have any issues with the quality of the products that you have received, please contact me at hello@tallycatdesigns.com and I would be more than happy to discuss it. If applicable, I will arrange a refund or exchange. A refund does not include any shipping costs. Damaged products must be reported within seven days of receipt. Returns may be charged full shipping, handling and any other charges incurred. All products must be returned unused and in original condition.
